• Threatening or harassing other players
• Attempting to manipulate or tamper with game software
• Enabling or facilitating minors to participate in gaming

Bada8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time without prior notice, particularly where there is evidence of a Terms and Conditions violation.

Players may request to close their account at any time. Any verified balance will be made available for withdrawal before the account is closed; however, if the closure is due to a breach of Terms and Conditions, the balance may be forfeited.
